Shipping Process (Door to Door)
01: FACTORY
Goods are packed, labeled, and prepared for pickup. Commercial invoice, packing list, and HS codes are confirmed with the shipper.
02: BOOKING
The freight forwarder arranges the logistics and books space on a vessel or other transport.
03: PICK UP
The goods are transported by road to the terminal
04: EXPORT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Broker files export declaration and required licenses. Customs reviews documents and may inspect before releasing cargo for departure.
05: SHIP BY AIR/SEA
Freight departs on booked flight or vessel under AWB/Bill of Lading. Transit is monitored with milestone tracking and ETA updates.
06: IMPORT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Arrival notice issued. Broker submits entry, duties/taxes are assessed and paid; inspections (if any) completed before release.
07: TRUCK (Destination)
Released cargo is transferred from terminal/depot to the local delivery carrier and scheduled for final mile.
08: DELIVERY
Consignee receives goods, checks condition and quantity, and signs POD (Proof of Delivery). Any discrepancies are reported immediately.
